Welcome to Quipi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Quipi mobile application and services. By accessing or using Quipi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quipi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of Quipi constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility & Verification

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to register and use Quipi.
• Device & Number: You must verify your account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for any SMS/data charges incurred during OTP verification.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your secure PIN and local E2E encryption keys safe. Quipi does not store your passwords/PINs on its servers and cannot recover them for you.

3. Acceptable Use License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Quipi application for your personal, non-commercial communication needs.

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited advertisements, or harmful software/viruses.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Attempt to breach the security or integrity of our servers or reverse engineer the software.

4. End-to-End Encryption & Chat Storage

Quipi implements strong end-to-end encryption for all conversations. As a result, only you and the recipient can read message contents. We do not maintain unencrypted message backups on our servers. You are responsible for back-ups of your own local messages.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the platform or other users.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Quipi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. In no event shall Quipi or its creators be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
